HT 45 Silicone, Addition Cure, 45 ShA

HT 45 TRANSPARENT silicone is a two-component RTV rubber, which is especially recommended for making ceramic and concrete moulds.


It is also well suitable for use with a polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin and polyester resin. Still, it does not adhere to plasters, coatings, or paints.

Main Application Areas:

mould production and modeling with significant reproductive accuracy. It has high dimensional stability and excellent mechanical strength.


It is used predominantly for artistic pottery.
Its high tear resistance and tensile strength make it suitable for concrete casting.<>>> >>>>>>>>>>Also, mockup builders and model makers used to replicate smaller plastic parts with simple geometry, small and not too large undercuts.



Its high transparency and rigidity make it suitable for casting parts with slim wall thickness .


High-temperature casting is possible. Wax, candle material, and even low-melting metal like a tin can also be poured into HT 45 TRANSPARENT silicone mould.
